GENERAL INFORMATION:
Artists eligible to participate in the Taste of Lititz Quick Draw event must be 18 years or older.
There is a $10 fee per artist due at time of registration. All Artwork must be for sale. Artists retain 80% of selling price.
Any medium used to create 2-dimensional art is permissible: oils, acrylics, watercolors, pencil, pen, pastel, and charcoal, etc.
Artwork must be completed on Friday June 2, 2023 “En Plein Air” or creating in the open air directly from the landscape.
QUICK DRAW TIMELINE:
WEDNESDAY, MAY 2, 2023
Online registration opens for artists participating in Taste of Lititz Quick Draw.
FRIDAY, JUNE 2, 2023
8-10AM: Artists check in at the Quick Draw Registration Table at 8 Moravian Church Square on East Main Street, Lititz. Artists not previously registered may register and pay the $10 fee at this time.
10AM-NOON: Artists paint/draw within the Lititz Quick Draw Area.
NOON-1PM: Artists wire and frame, mat or gallery wrap their Quick Draw Art for display on easels. Artists label their artwork using the form provided at Check In/Registration. Artists return their work on easels to the Moravian Church Square on East Main Street for judging, display and sales.
1PM: Judging begins.
2PM: Juror of awards announces the prize winners. Sales begin.
2PM-8PM: Artwork is on display/for sale as part of the Taste of Lititz Block Party. The duration of display is at the discretion of the artist.
SALE OF ARTWORK:
All artwork must be for sale.
Buyers will bring the ID form to the check-out table to make a purchase.
Artists receive 80% of the amount received for their paintings.
A 20% commission will benefit Venture Lititz, a non-profit 501(c)3 organization hosting the Taste of Lititz.
A PA sales tax of 6% will be collected at the time of sale.

FIRST PLACE: $150
SECOND PLACE: $100
THIRD PLACE: $50
