Happy holidays and welcome. I'm hopeful you enjoy the many amazing items in our show and that it eases your holiday shopping dilemnas. For your convenience, I'm available for any questions, descriptions or additional photos of my pieces. My studio/home is conveniently located just steps from the Lititz square and I will accommodate your porch pickup or local delivery as best I can. Also, shipping is available on selected items, without glass.
Now, a bit about me. I'm a Lititz based graphic designer who has always had a fascination with architecture, engineering, geometry, and typography. When creativity sparks, I like to put things together and mix elements into unique artistic solutions. Conceptual thinking, taking risks, and revising is what I most enjoy, though with so many possibilities, projects can sometimes seems endless. I currently enjoy paper sculpture, computer graphics and jewelry design while painting is fast approaching on my radar.
Evident in my work is an education in Architecture and Graphic Design which led to a career in Packaging and Advertising Design in Philadelphia. Upon moving to Delaware and raising a family, I re-enrolled in college to learn Computer Graphics. This challenging adventure led to a job teaching College Level Graphic Design, from which I learned much. Then onto Lititz to renovate a historic home, tutor graphic design, create jewelry and play pickleball as often as possible.
Humbled to be the recipient of a NYC Art Directors' Club Award for package design, my work has also been published in PRINT's Design Annual, the Art Directors' Annual and Communication Arts Magazine.
Again, thanks for your interest in the Lititz Art Association's Show and Happy Holidays!
