I work in both watercolor and oils and try to convey through my paintings the beauty and fragility of the natural world. I hope my work will inspire people to protect and cherish the world's natural resources. To that end, I contribute a percentage of my sale profits to organizations that work to preserve and protect the environment.

I am an active member and exhibitor in many prestigious art organizations including the Pennsylvania Watercolor Society, the Philadelphia Watercolor Society, and the Baltimore Watercolor Society. I served as President of this organization from 2002 to 2009.
